Supply chain software and supplier portal Specialty metals distributor, 2009 to present: Custom WPF applications and services managing 25,000+ SKUs across 19 branches for stocking levels, logistics, and availability, integrated with TIBCO and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Replaced a fully manual process with automation. Let the client adjust stock and pricing against market swings, saving over $1.5 million within two quarters. A supplier portal serving 500+ suppliers with real-time purchase orders.
Delivery operations and claims platform Home delivery provider, 2022 to present: Led a combined team of 4 developers (ours and the client's), a UI/UX specialist, and 7 business users building a Blazor Server platform for contractor compliance, documents, and claims on household goods delivery damage, with SignNOW for verified signature capture. Delivered as SaaS on Azure SQL and App Service. Cut claim processing time by 40 percent.
Electronic medical records modernization Higher education, 2015 to 2018: Led a combined team of 11 developers (ours and the client's) and 2 UI/UX designers moving an EMR system from classic VB to C#, serving 2.5+ million students. Redesigned the SQL Server database to third normal form, taking queries from several minutes to under 500 milliseconds. Twilio texting gateway and SSIS ingestion from multiple colleges.
Automotive sales SaaS platform Our own product, sold to auto dealerships, 2017 to 2018: Architected and sold a multi-tenant base platform to auto dealerships, on Azure SQL, CDN, and App Service. Returned search results faster than the sites it replaced.
