You own the code
Every engagement ends the same way: you hold the repository, the pipeline that deploys it, and the record of every decision made along the way. Not a license to your own system. The system.

What we believe
Every engagement ends the same way: you hold the repository, the pipeline that deploys it, and the record of every decision made along the way. Not a license to your own system. The system.
You watch the backlog, the sprint board, and every pull request in Azure DevOps from day one. We do not summarize the week after the fact. You can watch it happen, or audit it later. Either way, the record is yours to read.
Some projects should not be built. The rewrite that should be a patch. The custom tool a vendor already sells for less than our first invoice. If yours is one of them, we will tell you before you spend the money. Billing you anyway is the industry habit. It is not ours.
Next
Owning the code, watching the work, hearing the hard call early: none of it depends on good intentions. It is how the engagement is structured, and the structure is written down.
